1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Northstar Network LLC, operating as “SalesPad Hub” (“SalesPad Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit salespadhub.com (the “Site”), communicate with us, or use our services (the “Services”).

By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or Services.

SalesPad Hub provides done-for-you, AI-powered sales, marketing, and communication services to businesses in the United States. This policy describes how we handle information about you as a visitor to our Site or a client of SalesPad Hub. Where we process information on behalf of our business clients — for example, the customer records or contacts of a business that uses our platform — we act as a service provider to that client, and that client’s own privacy policy governs how their customers’ information is handled. See Section 9.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us directly:

  • Identifiers such as your name, business name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Information you submit through our forms, including when you book a strategy call, request a callback, sign up, or contact us.
  • Business information you share so that we can understand, set up, and deliver the Services.
  • The content of communications you have with us, including emails, chat messages, and calls (call recordings are made only where you have been notified, for example by a recording disclosure at the start of a call).

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type and settings, operating system, referring pages, the pages and links you interact with, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 8.

Information we receive from third parties:

  • We may receive information from advertising and analytics partners (for example, lead or form submissions generated through advertising platforms) and from the service providers that help us operate and deliver the Services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, health information, or full financial account numbers) through the Site, and we ask that you not send such information to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, set up, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Respond to your enquiries and schedule and conduct strategy calls and consultations;
  • Communicate with you, including sending calls and text messages you have requested or consented to receive (see Section 4);
  • Build, train, and operate the artificial-intelligence tools and services around your business;
  • Send transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups) and, only where you have separately opted in, promotional messages;
  • Measure and analyze use of the Site, evaluate the performance of our marketing, and improve our offering;
  • Detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
  • Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.

4. SMS, Calls, and Automated Messaging

When you provide your telephone number and opt in through one of our forms, you consent to receive telephone calls and text (SMS/MMS) messages from SalesPad Hub, including messages delivered by an automated system. These communications may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, responses to your enquiries, customer-care messages, and — only where you have separately and specifically opted in — marketing or promotional messages.

  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. After you send STOP, we may send a single confirmation message. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at support@salespadhub.com.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile information for third-party marketing. No mobile information (including your telephone number and messaging consent) will be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your telephone number and messaging consent are used only to deliver the communications you requested, and are shared only with the service providers (such as our communications and telephony platform) that help us deliver those communications, and only for that purpose.

Where we send calls or messages on behalf of one of our business clients, those communications are sent under that client’s name and under that client’s own opt-in, and that client is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent of the recipients. See Section 9.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf — for example, our customer-relationship-management and communications platform (including its telephony and SMS providers), website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us and are bound by obligations to protect it.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to detect or prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SalesPad Hub, our clients, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Where we process a client’s customer data on that client’s behalf, we return or delete that data at the client’s request in accordance with our agreement with them.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure and improve performance, and support our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site functions. Where required by applicable law, we provide a cookie notice or consent tool.

We may also use analytics and advertising services (for example, Google Analytics and Meta) that set their own cookies and collect usage information subject to their own privacy policies. You can learn about and opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the tools those providers make available.

9. Information We Process on Behalf of Our Clients

When you are a customer of one of our business clients — for example, you contacted a home-services company, dental practice, law firm, or online store that uses SalesPad Hub — and your information is handled through our platform, we act as a service provider (processor) to that business. In that role, we process the information only to provide the Services to that business under our agreement with them. That business is responsible for its own privacy practices, for its own privacy policy, and for obtaining any consent required to contact its customers. If you have questions about how such a business uses your information, please contact that business directly.

10. Your Choices

  • Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • Text messages: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • Cookies: You can manage cookies through your browser settings and available opt-out tools.
  • Access and updates: To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at support@salespadhub.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

11. Your California Privacy Rights

This section applies to residents of California and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). This section does not apply to information we process as a service provider on behalf of our business clients (see Section 9).

Categories of personal information we collect. In the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:

  • Identifiers — such as name, business name, email address, telephone number, IP address, and online identifiers.
  • Commercial information — such as records of services enquired about or purchased and information you provide about your business.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — such as browsing and interaction information on the Site.
  • Geolocation data — approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Audio information — call recordings made where you have been notified.
  • Inferences — drawn from the above to understand your needs and improve the Services.

We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 2 and use them for the purposes described in Section 3.

Sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. [ATTORNEY: If the Site’s advertising cookies/pixels (e.g., Meta, Google) are determined to constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA, add a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism and update this statement accordingly.] We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your California rights. Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (to the extent applicable);
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right);
  • Non-discrimination — you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights. You or your authorized agent may submit a request by emailing support@salespadhub.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law and respond within the timeframes the CCPA/CPRA requires.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
